Cleantec is IICRC Certified

Liverpool, New York- March 27, 2014- Cleantec now has multiple members who have become IICRC certified.  These employees are Frank Parella, Joe Battisto, Pete Ward, Darryl Clark, David Grant, Mike Ivanyk, Jeffrey Rossman, Joshua Tolone and Salvatore Tumolo.  With these employees becoming IICRC certified, this means that our technicians are amongst the most skilled, dedicated and illustrious technicians the cleaning and restoration field has to offer.  This will not only help better keep track of the newest and latest techniques and technology, but help motivate our employees as well.  Keeping well educated and trained employees helps retain a high level of job satisfaction and satisfied employees resulting in satisfied customers.

The IICRC stands for The Institute for Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification.  It is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for cleaning and restoration industries.  We invested in the training and certification testing from first line responders, project managers, and large loss operations managers to senior management and marketing.  The certification was hosted at the new Cleantec facility in Liverpool and administered by Mr. David Oakes, a nationally recognized master restoration trainer.  The three day course included building science theory, practical applications of water damage standards and management of water loss claims.  Cleantec has more industry certified and trained specialists on staff than any other company of its kind in CNY.
