What’s your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting started. So many people talk about wanting to do things in business and never making it happen. Starting Winans Writing Consulting and growing my client base has been a tremendous accomplishment in my life.
What’s one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Time management. There are endless things to do every day, and being able to successfully and effectively manage time is paramount to your success. The best way to stay focused is to use some type of daily task manager or journal. It’s often the simplest things that get lost in the shuffle.
